About us

The FAB-Theater was found 2004 by Alice Therese Böhm, now Gottschalk.

In her studies at the University Ernst Busch, Berlin and University of music and performing arts in Stuttgart, she got a variety of skills which gives her the ability to build an perform with diffent styles of puppets, objects and material.

Her idea of performing is out of the puppet, object or material, that means to research the instrument and discover which story it can tell. Her favorit instrument is the string puppet, but the theater works with all kinds of puppets, materials and objects, what ever the story needs  to be told .

Alice Therese Gottschalk also gives workshops for building, acting and body movement.

Her padagogical aim is to let the participants playful discover their individual skills.
